Rostock Max v2 stock effector to Smart Effector adaptor

I designed these so that I could use the Smart Effector with the old, stock effector and arms from SeeMeCNC (rostock max v2). It also works with the machined aluminum effector from 713maker (see pics).
I have E3D hotends but had to revert to the old 25mm hotend fan because of dimensional issues.
