This is another idea how you can get a replacement roll for a suitcase.
I took a transparent PVC tube as tyre and cutted rings from it (with a turining mill you could do this more exactly). The transparent PVC shouldn't leave and traces on the floor.
The rings were then pressed on the roll. Make sure that you have enough press fit such that it cannot disassemble unintentionally.
As my printer couldn't produce the center bore exact enough, I had to drill them up slightly.
I assembled everything back again with some grease between the static plastic parts (which came originally with the suitcase roll) and the reproduced rolls.
