My roller shade broke a few weeks ago. It's around six feet long and would be over one hundred dollars to replace. The price was just to high. I decided to 3D model and print the part myself to save some money. Hopefully you can download the model and do the same. Below are the printer settings I used.
Printer: Type A Machines Series 1
Plastic: ABS no heated bed
Build Platform: Glass with sanded painters tape @ 23 degrees Celsius
Nozzle Temperature: 239 C
Nozzle Size: 0.5 mm
Slicer: Simplify 3D
Layer Height: 100 microns
Brim: 5 cm
FYI: When using ABS. Sand the tape a lot. If the print fails. Print again ASAP to maintain some heat on the build platform.
