Simplified mount for the E3d Titan Extruder for the Robo3D R1+ printer.
You can see how easy it is to access the extruder, if you have any jams or issues with the E3d Titan, it's all viable and accessible from the front.
This is a new carriage and mount to allow you to use an E3D Titan with an E3D V6 on your Robo 3D R1 Plus. The design was intended to minimize clutter, have easy access to the tension settings and feed wheel. Clearance is tight, and the assembly is wider than stock, however it shouldn't cause you to loose any travel the way it is designed.
There is an attachment point for a cable chain adapter to be mounted, all you need to do is open up the step file, and model whatever adapter you choose to fit the T-slots.
There is the option between the standard lm8uu bearing carriage or one with holes for bronze bushings. You also have the choice to print the upper mount that is designed for a wire loom (as pictured).
Also included is a slide on duct for a 40mm x 10mm parts fan in the front and rear.
Test print at different scaling percentages in your slicer. You goal is for a post print size of 83mm center-to-center for the bearings.
Also included is a chain link mount for Ezra's chain (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1580776)
