This is a modified Robo R1/R1+ carriage and extruder.
Differences from stock carriage:
The stock version has them pressed in and it's nearly impossible to remove them without damage to the carriage. This version has split bearing blocks to allow much easier removal of the bearings.
The stock version has a very cumbersome mounting of the standard hex heatsink hot end, both on R1 and R1+, each is problematic. This version makes it possible to use an E3D V6 or similar hot end and is accessible through an opening in the new carriage design, no disassembly beyond 2 screws on the retention bracket.
The belt tensioner is pretty much non existent on the standard carriage. This design has two belt retention screw down clamps which add adjustable tension.

Bearings from R1/R1+ can be used from original carriage or 4 new LM8UU can be used.
The bearing from the stock extruder can be used. You will need a hobbed pully with a 5mm center:
