Wall mount for RJ45 splitter. Note that you can not make a ethernet network using splitters! I am making a network for DS18B20 one-wire protocol temperature sensors, like this guy at instructables. http://www.instructables.com/id/DS18B2O-Temperature-probe-with-RJ45-connector/step2/Establishing-Cat-5-standard-for-Temp-sensors/
The base is 40 x 60 mm. The RJ45 splitters are ebay cheapies.
