This is a Dust port adapter, to attach a Ridgid 1-7/8" vacuum hose to the dust port of a Ryobi Sander, Random Orbital Sander or Palm Sander.
The fit on the the vacuum hose is fairly forgiving, but the Sander dust port is tough to get the fit exactly perfect.
I printed with a .6mm nozzle, .3mm layer height, with -0.1mm horizontal expansion.
Print a test of just the top of the model and check the fit on your sander before printing the entire file.
