This is a frame for adding a ridge vent to a hoop such as those used to cover plants. It is designed to fit a hoops of diameter 30",36",42",48",54",60",66",72". It snaps onto the conduit. The conduit indentations have slots underneath for threading zip ties through which can be used to further secure the conduit to the frame (although it is probably not necessary.
