These are a few test files for my Revenant Mk IV RC Airplane.
The Revenant is an incredibly stable, and gentle flying plane with a very large speed envelope.
It can go very slow, or quite fast, even if it's looks make you think it's something that can't slow down.
I wanted to design something crazy that could fit into the world of Crimson Skies. It's an old computer game about air pirates and zeppelins filled with all kinds of fantastical aircraft. 3D Printing made creating something so complex a breeze compared to traditional modeling techniques.
I've included some STL's, Simplify3D Factory Files, and G-Code meant for LW-PLA. You can print this plane in regular filaments (PLA, PETG, ABS), hover, keep in mind that the finished weight will be roughly double than LW-PLA.
The full plane can be found at localfiendrc.com.
