160' x 125' x 20'-0'High, 29'-9" at Highest Point Building has corrugated metal panel entry with metal panel canopy, eifs on the sides with CMU.
-Materials are CMU Blocks, EIFS, Concrete, Metals, Metal Panel, Roofing Modeled in 3ds Max, Rendered using Vray and HDRI sky. HDRI map NOT included.
-Model has recessed Loading Dock modeled in rear for deliveries
-Signage included

-All textures included in Zip file, Textures will have to be relinked from folder.
