-Modeled originally in Revit 2015, merged into 3ds Max 2015, cleaned up and features added, Rendered using Vray.
-All textures included, concrete, stucco for bump, brick, CMU. Textures will have to be relinked from folder.
-Signage included- can be easily changed out
Model with signage: Polygons: 50,613, Vertices: 30,658. Signage can be removed or changed out.
-Model objects all grouped into 1 group for easy scene movement
-Model set to 0,0,0 axis
-Interior has columns and gyp bd.
