A road side rest area is a great setting for a family picnic or stage for a travel story. This Rest Area Set gives you the prefect props for that road side scene. Detailed props include a picnic gazebo, fully equipped restroom, water fountain and sidewalk. All the standard restroom equipment is included. All have realistic morphs for animation. See extended description for detail on how to use each prop.Make it your own!! Restroom walls can be moved, textured or made invisible. Re-arrange the walls and textures to make any room you need, a party room, living, room, store, etc. The gazebo stairs height can be adjusted or removed.
