Reservoir Bubble Tube for PC Water Cooling

I'm building a custom HTPC with water cooling. Since it's going to be in a prominent location in my living room, I wanted to bling it out. In the past I built a 6 ft. bubble tube (see video) and really like how it looks. For this project, I'm trying to combine a bubble tube/wall with a pc cooling reservoir.

However, the bubble tube is open at the top and uses a simple air pump. Over time the water evaporates and has to be refilled. The loop for a water cooled PC has to be closed, so there needs to be two parallel loops, one for air and the other for coolant (water). The bubble wall has to operate in a way that won't allow air to get into the water loop.

I don't know if this is going to work, yet, but I hope to build it out over the next couple of months.

Props to Julio Gonzalez for the WS2812B LED model I used in this design (https://grabcad.com/library/ws2812-60leds-m-5v-white-pbc-1).
