3D printing can bring good things for people, but it is certain that it reveal a new perceptions world to the blind.
My inspiration on the topic Atlas of the united states, Printed for the use of the blind, at the expense of John C. Cray (1837).
This thing is a little quick work for mee, but not for my computer... This allowed me to better understand the challenges and limitations of translation from Geomatics data to a printable file. I hope work and solve that.
Original Data source: Shuttle Radar Topography Mission - Jet Propulsion Laboratory. For more information on SRTM visit JPL's SRTM website.
