I wanted to put DJI HD FPV on my Reptile Harrier S1100 R/C airplane meeting several requirements:
Minimal foam cutting (must fit into stock camera bay)
Aerodynamic (has to be inside the hull)
Sufficient cooling (must provide enough airflow to the transmitter)
SD-card and USB must be accessible or the whole thing must be removable
I ended up drawing this mount.
DJI transmitter is mounted using double-sided tape. Camera is held by 2-4 screws.
The whole thing fits into the wing nose and is easily removable when necessary.
