How to relieve the extruder of M-200?
The solution is simple: reduce the tensile load on the spool of ABS filament.
For this I completely redesigned the spool holder.
It is made up of 5 printed parts:
• The hook with an axis of 64 mm by 15 mm in diameter
• The 40 mm tube which will fit together and which will contain 2 bearings of 15-32-9 mm
• The end stop plate of the tube
• The lock and its pin to prevent the spool from slipping.
Order of assembly:
• Fit 1 bearing on the 15 mm axle
• Fit the 470 mm tube onto the 15 mm axis
• Fit the second bearing in the 15 mm tube
• Screw the stopper onto the 15 mm axle
• Secure the lock with a pin
