Replacement Xbox 360 Thumbstick by jojoneil

There are already some models on thingiverse but I did not find exactly what I wanted.
Based on the design of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:860755
Added little cross on the bottom of originals joystick to avoid rubbing on components and put a grid for a better handling.
