My other hobby is fixing up antique radios. The Atwater Kent model 856 from 1935 had a very unusual mechanism to select the station. Replacement O-rings and gaskets were available at the time for purchase, but in my case the pulley itself was missing. So, of course, I printed a replacement! I don't know if anybody else will ever run across this, but I thought since I went to the trouble I would post it!
In the meantime the O-ring and gasket for this pulley are no longer commercially available. Ironically, I'm sure that the dimensions could be gleaned from this pulley, or from the original pulley if available, and the O-ring and gasket could be 3D printed using TPU or something similar.
