the plastic idler for my rigidbot broke so i made this replacement.
the photo shows it in use with Walter's Nautilus Mount, which it was designed to be compatible with. but it should also be compatible with the original rigidbot extruder.
i printed a few of these in ABS and the first one worked great for 2 years until the filament wore a hole in the top.
the second one worked for a year until the peg for the axle broke.
if youre going to print one of these i recommend ABS or something super durable, and also
i recommend you print a few spares.
