Remix of the Raspberry Pi4 fan and header cover by marigu

I like the idea that marigu had in his Raspberry Pi4 fan and header cover but I wanted to be able to see if the fans were actually spinning. I had to make the holes larger to see them.
I put a white dot on each of my fans so I could tell at a glance if they were spinning or not. If I can see the white dot then it's not spinning as you can see in the pictures.
I did a few repairs to the standoffs while I was at it.
I made the one with a slightly bigger hole first then I decided that it needed to be bigger so these old eyes don't have to strain to see the dots when one is stopped.
I am including both. The one that ends with "BH" has the bigger holes. I haven't printed that one yet but it's there if I decide to later.
