UPDATE: Version 2 is a bit longer.
I combined the original with one of my picatinny rail mounts, shortened the design and spliced two together (one side is narrower and shorter to better emulate this design https://www.google.co.za/search?q=ar15+handstop&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjWrO7bisDXAhVsKMAKHVLFDjwQ_AUICigB&biw=1920&bih=949#imgrc=nB1SoPTH-lnBIM:)
The height from picatinny mount top to tip is 35mm (so the handstop is a 35mm handstop)
