Here is my design of a reinforced spinner for the 3Dlabprint Piper Pawnee.
It is only 2g heavier than the original one, but way stronger and it did not fail in the static test (see video).

There are two versions of the rear part. One is 2mm longer than the ther one. The longer one has the same length like the original spinner.
Print with at least 2 perimeters, 30% infill, layer height 0.2mm.
To attach the front to the rear part, use the screws that come with HXT900 / SG90 servos.
Optionally you can use an extra screw going from the front of the spinner into the prop adapter. Many adapters have a threaded hole in the middle, if yours does not, don’t worry. It also works well without the extra screw.
So have fun with it and let me know if you have printed and used this spinner. I’m interested in your thoughts about it.
EDIT 2017/03/17: Added a 3-blade version due to a user request. But I have not tested it. Please be careful, when using it the first time!
