Redesigned hotend v1.4 for FuseBox 1.4

After redesigning the cooling tube of my hotend, I was not statisfied with the cooling of the print. In order to keep the same printable area, this hotend features two vertically-blowing 40mm fans.
All dimensions of the FuseBox 1.4 design are kept the same. Unless removal of your old carriage requires it, the FuseBox does not need to be disassembled to install this hotend.
