Inspired by the cooling duct that works by doctek I've remade this from scratch in FreeCad to better suit my needs.
Notable changes:

The inner part is now connected at the bottom by 4 small bridges to the outer part. This was mainly done to improve print bed adhesion. An added benefit is increased rigidity for the lower part.

Turbine connects at 90 degrees instead of a slope to the air duct. This simplifies the mounting brackets and reduces the overall space taken by the mod.
The mounting system was designed from scratch to match my all steel Prusa. It allows adjustment on all 3 axes and rotating the lower part by about 15 - 20 degrees.
The fan is identical to the one in the original design by doctek, a 50mm x 15mm turbine. Tons of variants on eBay and elsewhere.
This was printed in 1.75mm PET at 245C on 50C bed, 0.3mm layer height. No supports needed.
FreeCad files are included. Enjoy.
