This Eye is highly customizable through shape keys and the shader provided. After downloading the Realistic Eye blend file, in any of your projects, click File - Append - Where you downloaded the Realistic Eye blend file - Object - Realistic Eye. Then play with the Shape keys and Shader until you get the desired results. Happy blending :)
