Here is a basic Slic3r configuration for Nate Roger's excellent Reach3D printer. The configuration is set up for an unheated bed, and uses slow speeds. Please treat this as a start for your own custom configuration.
Because Thingiverse requires things to include certain file types, an STL of a calibration piece is included. There is also a gcode of the calibration piece, generated with the Prusa edition of Slic3r v1.31.6
UPDATE - 27 November 2017
Added files to demonstrate differential infill in Slic3r. These include an OpenSCAD file to generate a model, STL files for the base and modifier parts, and a gcode file showing the difference in parameters. See the Slic3r blog (http://slic3r.org/blog/modifier-meshes) for additional information on the process.
