I wanted to make a Tweel for my Savage Bobber that I am printing.
In Cura, I had to move the wheel Z -0.4mm Even though TinkerCAD says it's flat, the first layer wasn't all there until I moved it into the bed.
I used TPU and you have to investigate the best settings for your particular machine.
