this is untested!
the pod from the original 300mm micro looks amazing, and fits my every need for having a sealed electronics pod. but i wanted a big bigger so i remade the wings to max out my printer (without having to print multiple wing sections and glue them togeather. the new wing and elevon extends the model to 420mm, capable of 4" props, and elevons now have paperclip hinges instead of tape. simply straighten a paperclip, and push into the sides of the elevon through the hinges and secure with some glue at the ends. the option for winglets at the end is also provided for.
I have included the pod and winglets from the original design by btnewman just in case these are modified at some point.
this uses the same servos as the original, so you technically can swap between the wings with minimal changes.

hoping i can get this running on 2 18350 batteries with above gear.
update: battery tray upgraded for 18350 batteries, motor mount changed to larger 4 bolt, cleaned up servo cable channels. only worry right now is servo horns fitting. the electronics are in the mail and will measure and adjust when i can measure them with horns attached.
