The M2x3mm BHCS & M2x3mm SHCS bolts make their own threads when installing and are for looks.
The M3x12mm SHCS bolts also make their own threads and hold it all together.
I drilled out the M2 holes with a 1.55mm drill bit and the M3 holes with a 2.4mm drill bit (tap drill bit sizes). The M3 through holes on the inner ring was drilled with a 3mm drill bit.
After I removed the supports from the Inner & Outter rings, i left the flange surface rough. It keeps the tire from slipping better.
