RAVL Thermostat to M30x1.5 Adapter

After trying several other Danfoss RAVL adapters that either did not fit, broke during install because of the forces in the thread or had the thermostat wiggle around, I tried to come up with a sturdier solution. The thing uses three M5 screws and nuts to bolt the adapter to the pipe instead of just relying on clamping forces via the thread.
Used @migi82's thread design and added the clamping.
