I edited the version of the TARDIS by Jason3030 so that you can print 2 halves. On the one hand, the RPI 3 is built in as normal and on the other side and below in the foot a cheap china relay board (https://www.wish.com/product/587727216dd28e473532ada9) which can be used to control the relays via the GPIO'S (in my case for managing music in the apartment)
on the inside windows i cuted white Acryllic glass for the windowglasses
on the side in the roof i added a board with 433Mhz transmitter and on DHT22 Temperatur sensor wich sits into an window
the software is based on Jessie and the open source smart home solution Pilight -> http://www.pilight.org/
Inside there are 2 LEDs in white for lighting and a white one for flashing
I also adapted the webgui to Doctor Who
You should definitely print the big parts with support
i added i short clip where you can see how the LEd workshttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4099242
enjoy
