This is a simple Raspberry Pi Tablet I made.

And an Osoyoo 5 inch Capacitive Screen:https://www.amazon.com/OSOYOO-Capacitive-Connector-Resolution-Raspberry/dp/B07KKB5YS9.
Works with any B model Raspberry Pi (2, 3, 4).
Assembly:
1.) Screw the battery onto the Raspberry Pi. (Instructions come with the battery)
2.) Slide the Raspberry Pi/Battery into the case.
3.) Attach the screen, and hot glue it to the sides of the case.
4.) Slide the rim on (optional).
