print the main case on its face and block the supports from the screw holes for the pi. print the lid on its top and the back with the ridge facing up.
I used 4-m2.5x6 mm screws to mount the pi
the harddrive fits in pretty snug so you might need to sand the case slightly if your printer isn't tuned well
