I liked the simplicity of the camera holder by markus1234, but wanted something to stand on a pedestal, without tools.
Remixed to add a channel for the pi cam ribbon cable, and to slip onto a standard Bic ballpoint pen. Its a tight fit so you can position vertically. For the base, I drilled a 5/16" hole in a scrap block of wood to hold the pen cap.
Quick and easy, no fasteners needed. Hope this helps someone!
