Raspberry Pi 4 Case with Argon Fan

Remix of the very cool Pi4 case by STIG.
Lower case half is unchanged.
Upper case half modified to fit the Argon Fan Hat:
1) Standoff height change to accommodate stack height
2) Inside surface recess for clearance on 40mm fan
3) Additional Clearance for the GPIO header on Fan Hat
4) Added a pop-out for push-button panel mount control switch
Hole for switch is 12mm dia, 8mm deep
Also removed end ribbon cable slot to stiffen switch area.
