I really like the Kintaro heatsinks, but I don't like the idea of attaching them to the Pi via the screws they include in the box that are presumably supposed to pass through the Pi & then bite into a plastic case beneath - because then whenever you remove the Pi from the case, you run the risk of the heatsink sliding around or falling off & getting messy thermal transfer compound everywhere.
Instead I attach them to the Pi with M2 nuts & bolts, however that means that the base of the Pi is raised by the width of the M2 nut.
So this remix reduces the height of the standoffs in 0110-M-P's base by the width of a M2 nut so that the Pi still sits at the correct level, then adds a 40mm fan mount & exhaust vents to sepro's extended top that is tall enough to fit over the heatsink.
Unfortunately the Noctua NF A4x20 fan actually needs a nudge to make it start spinning when wired to 5V via the GPIO header. Once it's started it's fine though.
I also made a version with a version without the fan mount & just ventilation slots on tophttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3049839
