Raspberry 4 Case Top with Logo by 3d-bites

I removed the fan opening and replaced it with the raspberry logo cutout from the original case. I think a fan is no longer necessary for the Pi 4, see: https://www.jeffgeerling.com/blog/2019/raspberry-pi-4-might-not-need-fan-anymore
You will also need the bottom part of the case from Wolf92's thing.
