This a modification of the top case of a remix of a remix from agarajag and AlxMoon from the original of hackoholic.
What I have done is to thin/recess the case by 1mm where the fan fits which then allows to mount a 30mm thin Fan (7mm thick version) internally on the case with an Aluminium heatsink on the CPU.
My CPU temp dropped from 53C to 42C (Ambient was 30C) with the Fan.
