Print sideways, with supports.
This part is designed to be glued (UHU POR or any other foam safe glue) onto the inboard portion of the wings (however far apart you want) and have a 2mm steel rod pushed through the foam and into the holes on each side in order to mechanically secure the nacelles to the wing.
