RAMPS LCD 20x4 center mount by MUDZIFY

This is a remix but I couldn't find the original source in Thingiverse now.
I added a center mount on the unit so it is more compact and requires lesser parts.
It can be mounted in the middle of the two 8mm rods on the 2020 Extrusion as a single piece.
