The fog lights on my 2016 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel were rattling and shaking to the point that I could hear them and see the beam of light wiggle on bumps.
The lenses were in decent shape and I am all about fixing things instead of replacing them... so I designed and printed these bushings to fix the problem.
I do not know for certain that my fog lights are original OEM as I bought the truck used.
You need one of each bushing for each light. They fit snuggly and the angled one needs to be indexed properly to fit. It took some pressure to make them seat down all the way but not too much.
The pins on my lights were severely worn (the vernier broke through the surface while I was taking measurements). I was going to seat them in a bed of 5 minute epoxy but they fit so snuggly that I decided not to use anything. If I need to I can replace them when they wear out.
I drilled the holes in the brackets out to 5/8" Dia. as the OD of the bushings is just under 5/8".
