Rain sensor PVC pipe hinge

I liked jostak's rain sensor (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2561014) housing and I needed to mount it on a 16mm PVC pipe. This thing snaps under jostak's housing and provides a clip holding the PVC pipe.
To be printed using ASA-X to make it weatherproof, 10% infill, brim and no supports.
