Rain Poncho for "GoPro Hero3 mounting frame" ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:76082 ).
I developed this model for these requirements:
Mounting system must be light as possible. (for helmet mount use)
Splashproof function is needed only in rainy condition, and must be added easily.
USB port must be accessible. (for all day use)
USB covers for genuine combo cable(dia 5.8mm), common cable(dia 3.8mm), and thin cable(dia 2.5mm).
You need to embed a transparent plastic plate (4cm*3cm) in the window.
Clearance between "GoPro Hero3 mounting frame" and this model is 0.2mm. Clearance between this model's body and USB cover is 0.1mm. (very tight)

GoPro Hero 3をヘルメットマウントして一日中撮影するような使い方をしているので、「普段は軽いフレームマウントで、雨の時だけ簡単に防滴化」「USB給電しながら使う」という目的でこのモデルを開発しました。
USBポートのカバーは純正のコンボケーブル用(5.8mm径)、一般的なUSBケーブル用(3.8mm径)、極細USBケーブル用(2.5mm径)です。
窓部分には4cm×3cmの透明プラスチック板を貼り付けて下さい。
GoPro Hero3 mounting frameとこのモデルの間のクリアランスは0.2mmですが、モデル内のUSBカバー部分は0.1mmです。DMM.make 3Dプリントサービスのナイロン(ポリアミド)ではちょうど良い固さでしたが、3Dプリンターの精度によっては嵌らなくなる可能性があります。
