I made this thing to mount a web cam into my 3D printer enclosure. I wanted to be able to adjust the cam position vertically and horizontally. The gimmick with the design is that two equal rails are fixed to each other by two equal clamps by one screw.
The supplied STLs are for rails with 16mm width, 4mm heigh, 100m length. The screw is a 50mm M3 threaded bar with a nut fixed to bar end by hitting with a hammer to make the nut get stuck. Another M3 nut is pushed into the nut knob.
The Fusion 360 file is supplied and the dimensions of the parts can be changed in Fusion 360 using the Change Parameters command.
Print rails with largest flat area down, clamps with flat side down without support, and nut knob with small round flat side down and support from printer plate.
