Radiator fix

We have a nice little oil-filled stand alone electric radiator that got pushed over so the plastic base broke and it became unusable.
I used AngelCAD https://arnholm.github.io/angelcad-docs/ to design a custom part to fix the problem, so now it is good to go again!
AngelCAD source code for this part is included.
