Presenting the "RADA of the Week" award. Given to the co-worker or boss that has made you RADA! the most during the week. It contains a base unit and a 'model', both of which can be printed any color and painted to suit your needs. (I rather liked the "Crystal Schnitzel" I made with transparent filament, made for a stunning award.)
Make several copies of the model in different colors to denote the severity of your annoyance. Shiny or matte, sparkly or dull, it's all up to you!
The model is a tight fit into the base so it will stay together in the event of a fall.
