Rack Ears Behringer - Model D, WASP deluxe an CAT

Update 12/22/2019 - added an additional version with longer holes, so it will better fit if you have variable dimensions in your rack.
Since the Behringer rack ears will not be available until 2020, I created them myself.
This is for following models tested: Model D, but should also work with WASP deluxe and CAT. All have the same width.
Rack ears for other models from Moog and Behringer will be added soon.
