You will need the Cura or any similar software and a clipart or image.
Open Cura and drag your image or clipart into the program. It will ask you, if the darker or brighter parts should be higher. Choose the option you want. The rest will be done autonomous.
Export it in the format your printer supports (stl, obj, 3mf ...).
Customize it, when you want. (cutting edges, puting it on a other model ...).
Print it.
I have an dual-extrudor, so i choose once 'darker parts are higher' and once 'brighter parts are higher'. I put them together and print it.
I think this is a great feature, that you can also find in other programs.
For example I have choosen the logo from the free-game Crossout.
