This is a mount for a quantum q6 edge with trubalance seating. My chair is a q6 edge 2.0 but I believe this will work with any chair with similar seating. It uses 4 m5 x 16 bolts for mounting and I recommend stainless steel hardware to prevent rusting.
The one in the picture was printed with pla but I don't think pla is the best option for the long term due to its low melting temperature and the possibility of it melting if outside in the heat for a long period of time. But if used indoors most of the time it is probably sufficiently strong.
