Update 8/12/15: I have replaced the Y-End and Y-Bumper files. I finally got around to printing them and made some minor changes.
I have designed holders for the SainSmart Mechanical Endstop. The X and Z axes are designed to work together but the Y Axis is independent. I haven't actually printed the Y Axis holder yet but the X and Z axes have worked as expected. The holes for the screws have been undersized with the intent on drilling and tapping for a #6 Screw; but you can use any screw that you have a tap die for. The X axis uses the same screws that hold the Z Screw nut in place. The X-bumper has a peg on it for alignment, It is probably longer than you need or want it to be and can be cut to size after printing. You may also have to sand it down in diameter to fit. I glued the bumper in place (the peg actually broke when i dropped a tool on it) The Z-Axis is held in place using the motor mount screws, although the OEM screws are really to short, I replaced them with longer ones. The Y-axis (I have not made yet) is held in aligned using the two open peg holes on your base. I created a zip-tie channel to secure it. The Y-Bumper clips on to the bed (i have the heated bed) and is then secured using a zip-tie. The end stop holders use 3 pegs to secure the electronics boards. Two pegs are meant to be snug fits while the third is deliberately undersized and is used for alignment and additional support.
I was inspired by smerrett79's X axis bracket, although the design has been significantly changed.
